Things you need to know to administer the NewQ website

1. You need to be an administrator. Ask Anna Aniston to hook you up.
2. You need to try to be courteous and transparent about decisions, even if people are being rude, stalking trolls
3. Please try and go through the "to do" list as often as you can
4. Document, docyment, document!
