Meeting times:
The regular meeting will be moved to some time on non-rent weeks.
Everyone please send your availabilities to Kate by Saturday (tomorrow) as she won't have internet after that.

Rent:
last week the account was short, we have a bank fee of 45 and Kate saved the day again, making the newq debt to her 340 currently.
I didn't mention this at the meeting but is relevant...
On the 30th I can put in $150 to share the rent debt with kate.

There are two issues here
* raising money for rent
* the logistics of money going into the account

There have been lots of events happening in the last few weeks, good work to everyone who has had time to contribute.
currently only kate is a signatory ans has a st george account, meaning she is the only one that can check the account and transfer money into it on rent day should we fall short.

it was proposed that we have a rotating responsibility of who checks the account on rent day. but before that happens we need to set up a way for everyone to check or have people put their hands up to be signatories/checkers. grace is a signatory and willing to check but needs to set up internet banking, nat will help. to be discussed next meeting.

grace suggested that until the debt is paid we each put in 15 each fortnight, money raised at events going towards rent for the coming rent day.
